Believe my fuel pump needs reset and don't know how

I have a 03 galant and while driving it just died and won't
start.  I tried to listen it don't sound like the fuel pump is
staring when I turn the key. I need help figuring out what
can b wrong

HI..YOU NEED POWER IN AND OUT OF THE RELAY TO SEND 12 VOLTS TO THE PUMP..13 15 19 20 FUSES SHOLD BE CHECK FIRST..IF THERE IS POWER TO THE PUMP (AT THE PUMP) AND THE PUMP IS STILL DEAD THENA NEW FUEL PUMP IS IN ORDER

if not the fuse then there are two relay for the fuel pump, one from the key to the fuel pump the other is called MFI relay. you will only get power to the pump when you are cranking over the engine. the MFI take over when the engine is running..

Where are the 2 relays located on the car for the fuel pump mfi and the key relays located
