Tail light just stopped working after replacing heater core

Ok so my lights all worked before I replaced the
heater core. I put the ground wire were it's
supposed to be and everything and now my tail
light dashboard lights air conditioning lights and
the lights near my gears are not on. My brake lights
work and my front ones just my left tail light works.

I removed one of the battery wires just didn't really think it mattered which one...so if one of the other fuses blew would it make it to were the tail light fuse went?
