good for how many mileage

I want to buy this outlander 2003 but it has about 178,000 miles and they are selling it to me for 47000 is
it worth paying it with that high mileage?

Are Mitsubishi Outland good for high miles it's got 150000 on it and idont won't things to go wrong with it when I buy it.
