SEEMS, like all Eclipse guys will be playing with the TIMING BELT NOW...Until someone goes to far and destroys the valves..(the valves into piston) Which direct was it advanced or retarded? depending on the direction it moved, the power band shifted up or down if it lost HIGH RPM they advanced it if it improved! HIGH RPM then it was retarded.
Customer replaced timing belt and had 3 teeth off will that effect high rpm
