i have a problem with only my right side tail light/parking light and my dash lights

when my light are on all light work except the dimmer the dashboard lights the right side tail light/ parking light any help would be awesome

any info on this I have a 2001 gallant and my dash and right side running lights are out too.i have changed the fuse but it keeps popping when I click on lights
