Clunking noise coming from front passenger side tire area. It very briefly clunks once when taking off from a full-stop and it'll make same sound just as briefly whenever you apply the brakes.

In neither circumstance is the noise
constant. That only occurs while turning,

This could be bad cv axel,or your brakes.

I appreciate the input. Im brand new to this site so Ive ignorantly added two photos onto my profile page that show what I thought was the problem. If you have the ability and the inclination to check them out I'd appreciate it. Thanks again.
That is the lower A frame bushing,looks like the bolt just fell out,the bushing looks, ok i think you you can find a bolt and just replace it,should be good to go then.
