turbo charger Oldsmobile 307

If all you have is a turbo charger sitting in a box, then NO. There is a lot more to turbo charging an engine than the turbo itself. There is the physical stuff like the connection to the exhaust system and all the plumbing for the turbo. Then there is the engine management. The computer has to be reprogrammed. Normally, turbo systems are "engineered and tuned" for a specific engine. You can't just bolt one on and expect it to work.
