Did you put one of the new plugs side by side with one of the old plugs and see if they are the same length because that is the only reason I know why the plug gap would close after starting vehicle.

Thanks but not when I start it its when u whin it out to shift. Some one told me the wrist pin was bad letting piston head come up and hit the plug but thought that would make a noise or allow the rod to go throw the motor I'll check the plugs to
