Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 eclipse v6 gt automatic and when im
driving it double shifts and sometimes itll triple
shift and itll be in 4th gear when im only going
30mph does anyone knw what could be the
problem ??

DONT OVER LOOK. THAT IT COULD JUST NEED FLUID AND OR SERVICING !!!

The spedo works and iv been manually shifting it from 1st to 4th then letting it do its thing after that iv replaced all the sencers well i took it to a trans shop and had it done cost me a couple hundred

i didnt want to get into stuff like the pcm just yet...if its just a DIRTY VALVE BODY...i had a transmission shop. try and add 1 bottle of ZMAX trans additive to it...try it !
