1989 oldsmobile 88 royale stalls

Asked by Greenjeans1969 Jul 01, 2018 at 05:04 PM about the 1989 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight Royale Brougham Sedan FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 1989 olds royale will start fine when cold,but
stalls out once it is warm and will not restart for
several hours.  Could this be a crank position
sensor?  Or something else?  Any idea's would help
me greatly.

Just to update. I replaced the coil pack and icm plus new spark plugs and wires. It fixed my problem of stalling in hot weather.
