My 2001 Mitsubishi Mirage dose not take off at normal speed it's very slow.
I've replaced throttle body sensor spark plugs and down that line. It runs
good after you pass 20 mph but when I come to a stop its hesitates to take
off

I would check for a plugged catalytic converter...if you've got one (some states do not require them)~ check the fuel pressure...can be measured at the fuel rail...should be 50-70 PSI~ regulator, filter and emissions equipment might be checked to make sure they are fine~ 15 years is a lot of time...check the oxygen sensor, because this little goodie is responsible for your mix of air/fuel during all temperatures~ when I checked my 85 Isuzu, the sensor was worn away...only a nub was there...and yet somehow the thing ran okay~ so this is another item to inspect for your 15 years of honorable service~
Cats are most likely clogged for sure out a scan tool on it and see if it reads catalytic converter if it does replace it or do the illegal cheaper thing and gut it my region doesn't do emissions so I deleted it look up the legalities of it and do what u feel best
