IAC Valve

Alright so i bought an eclipse 3.0 manual and it has a bad idling problem. I
looked at youtube videos saying it was the iac valve and you had to turn the
key or something to see if it moved or not. Anyways i did that and it didn't
seem to work. I got a new iac valve and it still doesnt really work.I was
thinking maybe i had an electrical problem from the wires to the iac valve or
it could be something else?

Yes, it can be many other things. Scan it for DTC's if you don't have a code reader I suggest you purchase one... in 2019 they can be had for about the cost of a lunch ELM327
