Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi folks, I just turnned my '97 escort on last night and I've got no lights for my
odometer, spedometer, radio etc. Headlights are fine just lights in the intrument panel are
out. I assume just a fuse maybe but I'm not experienced enough to make that call and I
don't know where or how to go about
fixing it.

Did you check your dimmer switch? Also check your running/parking lights. If they are out too then you most likely have a blown fuse.

Has car had recent damage to it? You might either have a shorted wire or bulb. Does any of the running light lenses look like they might have water in them?

Make sure the dash light dimmer switch has not been accidently turned off.
