Is it still possible to shoot flames out of a catback exhaust?

Question type: Car Customization

So I know to shoot flames out of your car involves decatting your car, fitting a straight-through exhaust and running rich. I was looking everywhere but no one answered this question. Can you still have a visible afterfire with a naturally aspirated inline 4 that has a Magnaflow catback exhaust(no catalytic converter)?
