I need a steering column for my 99 eclipse gs does anyone know the best way to obtain this or one from another car that's compatible?? Please this is my dream car lol any and all help welcome this is the last thing I need to complete my project lol

I have a 1999 eclipse with only 150k kilometer,I am selling it as is.its a convertable,turbo.but needs body works.its not really damage but needs a little tlc.I lost its paper when I moved.its not carnap or something.it is from the U S was bought there. unfortunately lost all papers.I got a 2 days registration or permit when I moved it to my new place.$2000 is I am asking. it is standard not automatic.
