My radio don't turn on and it's factory with original harnesses. If I turn on the headlights then all the lights on radio will turn on to. I checked the fuses and all ok . Why isn't it working

Ford radios has issues for a number of years. If the fuse is good and there is power to the radio and you are not stations or cd player to work. More then certain the radio is no good. One of two things purchase a OEM radio (could be big dollars) or purchase an aftermarket radio (cheaper) and bring it a radio shop and have them install it...
