crank but won't start

HELP...while driving on the freeway one day my 97
ford expadition turned off I ended up puking it
home cause I we couldn't figure out how to get it
started. I've tried to  jump start it I've tried starter  
fluid I've tried to reset fuel pump I've tried charging
the battery nothing seems to work when I crank
the ignition I turn the key the thieft light blinks
rapidly and the emc fuse popped but still just
won't start sounds like it wants to but just doesn't
can anyone help....I also tried to reset the key by
doing 3 10 min engraminsts of the key in the
ignition turned on but not completely. .

When it stalled on you were you able to get it to start again?

I'm trying to start my Expedition but it won't start all the lights come on but it won't make a sound was wrong with it?
