My 97 Ford expedition Eddie Bauer edition is shaking

My 97 expedition is shaking when I hit about 40
mph. Could it have anything to do with the
transmission? I have already replaced the fuel
filter.

I had a 97 and it did the same thing at 65, then on a trip from Texas the vibration got so bad, I couldn't go 20 miles and hr. I took it in and I can't exactly remember what part they replaced but it was in the drive chain and only cost me around $100.00 to fix.
