Fuel problem

Asked by jrf1964 Jan 03, 2016 at 02:47 PM about the 1997 Ford Expedition 4 Dr XLT SUV

Question type: General

A/c compressor locked up 3 weeks ago .Got
a bypass pulley and put it on yesterday.
Tried to start it and it doesn't even act like it
wants to start .Before the compressor
locked up, I had no problem starting before.
Anyone have any ideas on what I need to
check? I'm pretty sure it ain't getting any
gas. Is there any fuses or relays for the fuel
pump?

When you removed the compressor you probably pulled the connector to the crank sensor for access. Look to make sure that it's plugged in first.
