A/C and Power windows stopped working!

I was driving with the a/c on and suddenly it just stopped along with the power windows. Took it in and they replaced a relay. It happened again but this time it was a fuse? The mechanic is dumbfounded and doesn't know what it is! Any help would be appreciated.

sounds to me like you have a short somewhere ...???
