Backup camera in 2019 colorado z71

My backup camera in my 2019 colorado z71 is not sharp and clear. I have
dealer to show me other z71's and check camera and they were all very sharp
and clear. He said mine had a different model camera and the cameras in the
other trucks would not fit in my truck. This is BS to me. They put in a new
camera and new cables and still no improvement. What can be done????

Sounds like BS to me too!! Call Chevrolet Customer Service at 1 800 222 1020. Explain to them what you've experienced so far, that you're unhappy, and mention The Lemon Law in passing! If the other vehicles are identical to yours and the camera is crystal clear I would agree with you that something is wrong with yours! Some Dealers, like my local Chevrolet Dealer, absolutely HATE doing warranty work!! You might have better luck with another Dealer. But try customer service first. I'm sure you can email them as well. Hope that helps! Jim
You can complain to the service manager or the regional manager. Take the truck to another Chevy dealer or contact Chevy customer service.

I contacted GM today with my camera problem and they are suppose to call me back with 48 hours. Will keep u informed. Thanks for all the suggestions.
Still working with GM.....They insist the camera is HD and I think it is SD. So far, they installed a new camera, harness and next week will put in a new radio.
