Red wire from batteey

What is the red wire for that comes off the positive  
cable harness for the truck battery?

For a 2019 model the engine compartment looks pretty filthy. Did you purchase the truck new? The way the electrical tape has been applied around the wire bundle appears haphazard. The electrical connector on the wire wasn't attached in a professional manner. However. try to trace the wire back to the fuse panel or whatever to determine which fuse it is connected to. Or you can used a multi meter set to continuity to probe the ends.
