Engine Choices For F-150

How can I differentiate the different 6 cyl engines for F-150's? (I only want to
look at the 3.5 EcoBoost)
There are the 3.3 Liter 6, the 2.7 EcoBoost 6, the 3.0 Turbo Diesel 6 in addition
to my 3.5 EcoBoost 6.

Not sure what you mean by 'differentiate'? If you don't tow a boat, get the 2.7. Have had a 2.7, then the 3.5 and went back to the 2.7. Plenty of power, much much better on gas.
You may not be able to filter so that you only see EcoBoost trucks.
@F_O_R. I could not find a way to filter on the 3.5 Ecoboost (I do tow a camper). This website should be smart enough to let me find all the 3.5's. There are just too many 3.3's and 2.7's to wade through manually. I am hoping the programmers at CarGurus see this and add that feature.
Filter by engine (V6) and gasoline for the fuel. This is the best I can think of. The 3.5's will be more expensive so sort by high cost first.
