How long since the plugs where changed? Has anyone messed with the plug wires? Could they be out of order? Are you sure all the plugs are firing? You running good gas or could it use a fuel treatment? Could be any number of things. I would add some sea foam to a full tank of fuel to clean injectors then look at plugs and whether they are all firing as they should. Oh how about the air filter is it clean?

Also have you checked your cam/crank position sensors? Are the harnesses plugged in completely? Are they mounted correctly and have not possible became a little loose?

Also have you checked you battery connections? The mits are funny about having a good ground(negative) connection. All sorts of weird things can happen if its not a real good connection. Clean and tighten all battery connections. Also tighten and clean the negative connections on the frame and motor. (Check these real good)

check for boost leaks, and make sure your fuel pressure regulator is working proper and you have correct amount of fuel pressure, also make sure your pump is working to its full potential and theres no fuel leaks etc
