1993 Mazda 2600i why is it running rough when cold

My b2600i starts up right away when cold it runs rough like on 3 cylinders after
a minute or so it runs fine

Sounds like not enough fuel during startup. Possible that fuel pressure is inadequate or could be partial clogged injectors.
