Couple questions. Why won't my reverse light shut off on cab? And instrument panel isn't working. It lights up but none of the gauges actually work

this is a hard one but my guess is and this is from what I've heard from other people, is that you may have a bad ground some place in your electrical system. there are some areas under the engine bay but also under the vehicle, under the cab.
