I have a 1997 mitsubishi mirage and the battery light is on and the hand brake light us on to. Can someone help me?

The battery light and the hand brake
light goes on several times and when
that happens all my light from inside
go low and i change the battery not
that time ago so i dont what wrong
can plz someone help me.

either your battery and or your alternator is bad,,, take it to advance and have them test them for you, either the alternator is bad and not charging the battery or the battery is bad and not taking a charge or they could both be bad, bad batteries have a way of destroying the alternator from making them work full time trying to keep a bad battery charged
