I have a 1997 ford explorer Eddie bower edition 5.0 v8 how hard would it be to do the tune up to it and do I have to take the front tires off to get to the spark plugs?

No tire removal should be needed. I'm a tadt over six feet and use a step stool to lean over the engine to get to the rear plugs.
