Car won't crank but I can here the fuel pump

The car doesn't want to crank we replaced the
starter it's doing the same thing all that seems so
be turning on with the key is the fuel pump

make sure batt is charged and the terminals are tight , see if there is a relay , should have checked for power at the starter solenoid when you hit the key when you had it out

Battery and alternator we're both checked and both we're great the starter was checked then we ran a wire from the starter to the battery and it works

don''t know what that's supposed to mean , you can ASSUME the starter is not getting the juice it needs when you hit the key
