Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm not getting much help elsewhere. I've practically posted all over with this. I've recently added video/pics of some the car and other things. So hopefully someone can ID this or put me on the right path.

Long n short... I bought the 96 S knowing it had some sort of issue with possibly the trans. However from talking to a few different people, I got different possibilities. Bad o2 sensor in the trans. fuel pump relay is bad, bad TCU, governor issue(see pics). Basically, it just wont shift out of 1st, i imagine if i stayed on the gas i'd blow the whole engine up as it was revving close to 4K rpms since it wouldnt shift out. Its an Automatic.

I asume that its a an automatic? You'll have to change the transmission or you could send it in for an complete renovation. Easiest is just to get the hold of a new one, as its a very complex and expensive repair
