What are my options on a zero down low mileage and
low monthly payment  vehicles?

Good luck with that right now. Do not buy anything European used, all they are all money pits.

Definitely not the vehicle you have posted. You're looking at low end economy vehicles like Kia and Hyundai. Basically vehicles nobody else wants. You might have to pay cash up front for sales tax, title and registration fees too. My advice is keep saving up until you can buy what you want. If you're not doing well financially right now, adding a car payment to the mix is not going to help your situation. I'm speaking from past experience! Good luck to you! Jim
