warranty questions on used car with 33 miles

Dealer sold my elderly father 2019 Kia Soul LX 33 miles it only after Dad
signed contract he noticed they put used car on it we are searching why
would they do this they verbally told him it was new does he still have the kia
warranty of 6 year/60,000 basic warranty as well as 10 year/100,000 power
train that was verbally stated to him is this true if they sold this car with 33
miles on it first owner ever is my elderly father signed contract not
comprehending can you help me with advise please

Read the warranty to see if it transfers over but I have little doubt you still have full warranty coverage.
