2 things for you to check, 1) Does it have fuel pressure? Get some starting fluid and spray into the throttle body. If it starts, chances are you have a fuel pump issue. 2) Do you have spark? If not, The computer may not be sensing the rotation of the engine. This could cause no spark and no injector pulse.

The fule pump is not the problem, I am getting fule to the throttle body but not through the jet's.. Am I missing something.

Check to see if you are getting spark. If not, you may have an issue within the distributor. There is a pickup coil and a module in the distributor. If the computer cannot determine rotation of the engine it will not pulse the fuel injectors.
