How do I start making payments on a car that the
seller already accepted my offer?

You need to back up. You and the seller will need to meet, so you can check out the vehicle. Then agree on a price. If you are financing, then the seller will get paid and you will transfer the title and then you will get a statement on how and how much the payment will be.
