1997 ford explorer will not start and no fuel at motor

Have no power at the fuel pump but have
power at both sides of the fuel switch on
floorboard

fuel pump relay toast...above gas tank....won't turn on fuel pump....part about 150.00

there's one master fuel shut-off in the front passenger side under the glove box behind the kick panel....one above the tank is a sealed unit...
