Why does my ad say 2 owners and I am the only one?

I placed an ad and it says there were 2 owners.  I am the only owner and it
won't allow me to change it.

Don't let it bother you. If you are selling and have potential buyer, explain the difference at that time, if you still need to.

Yes, the data on the title will prove that you're the original owner. Hope that helps! Jim
