Jeep Compass has gone haywire !!

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Returned after two weeks of vacation. Jeep won't start.
Jumped started & ran for about 20 minutes, all alarms &
warnings showing on panel, including drive to safe location,
vehicle will shutoff soon notification. Made it halfway in
driveway. Removed both main & auxiliary batteries &
recharged them. Autozone stated both batteries are good.
Reinstalled & still dead. Jump started & ran for 2 minutes
with same alarms, etc. Removed alternator & it checked
good (Autozone). Noticed alternator spindle has a very
slight play with pulley. Checked fuses all good. Now wtf?
Any troubleshooting success to spread the wealth? Note:
After resolving vehicle problems, will definitely get rid of
Jeep. My gut tells me it is in the auto start feature crap.
Help !! Thank you all out there I hope all your problems are
conquered.
