Adding Heated Seats 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I leased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee LAREDO with the 18" Radio Group on it.
Sadly, this particular model did not have remote start or heated seats. I was
able to have a dealership order and install the remote start, but was told that
my Jeep couldn't get heated seats kit through MOPAR. How is that possible?

Not sure but may be a different wiring harness inside cabin or harness to the battery.

With todays vehicles, everything is all wired and interconnected. So adding heated seats would also require the proper wiring harness and controls on the dash. So with that being said, your dealer is correct. You just can't add them ala cart. If you really want them, trading in your vehicle for another Jeep that does is an option.
