Yes it will bolt right up. And if you are going to use the turbos you will need to make mods for the inner cooler. If not planning to use the turbos you will probably be disappointed with the performance.

I plan on using the turbos (the only reason for converting to the vr4 engine) just so I don't have to do all the work with converting to a turbo I'm just going to swap a whole engine out. I been told I'm going to have to change computers out but I kinda guessed that which ones should I not have to replace or just change them all? I know it's not cheap but it's a lil project iv been working on

Best is to find you a donor car that is already a vr4 and do the swap from it.

That's what I was thinking then I found a rebuilt twin turbo engine for 2000 I just don't know how easy it is to find donor vr4s
