My headlights wont turn on dim or bright but when i pull the pass light switch they come one. can you tell me what to look for?

can turn on switch and all lights work except headlights, not even high beam. but when I pull the passing light switch they light up.

If memory serves the pass light switch works independently from the headlight, as it will work with the headlights in the off position. The problem is probably in the dash switch. A volt meter and wiring diagram will be make the troubleshooting simple.

The dash switch was ok. I did pull the multi switch and checked it and that was the problem. You are right the pass light is separate. Thanks anyway.
