I have a 97 ford explored 4.0 sohc i have a
lean bank 1 an 2 codes i have replaced the
lower intake manifold the upper an lower
intake gaskets the maf sensor and all 4 o2
sensors alsoi have checked for leaks which
havent found any light keeps coming on
were should i go from here

How is it running,and did you reset the ECM, when you replaced the o2.s?

Yes i reset every time i replaced something then about a day an a half the light comes back with the same code

If truck runs ok when it warms up,may be getting a false reading ,meaning check the wire,s running to the o2s,may be bad.

Is the engine original to the vehicle? If I am not mistaken the SOHC engine was not available in the explorer until mid year 1999. Are the replacement parts you purchased interchangeable with the older 4.0 pushrod engine?
