Where is the fuel regulator sensor on a 97 ford explorer 4.0

Iwant to change my fuel pump regulator, sometime I have to use
starter fluid to start my car, I have nee fuel pump and a new fuel
filter, can you also send photo of the area that the fuel pump
regulator and regulator sensor, youtube is not no help thank you in
advance

if you go on you tube they will have a video to show where it is located and how to change it with pictures like you are asking for

You probably have the pushrod type engine 4.0. Locate the fuel return line and remove it from the top of the regulator. On either side you should see mounting bolts. Remove them and replace.
