you need to hold the pulley still with something, took two bars of 1"x.25" steel, one 3 foot long, one 18 inches. Drill the middle and end of the long one, and both ends of the short one for a 3/8" bolt. Bolt the short to the long at the middle hole so you are making a T shape. put a longer bolt in both end holes so after putting the nut on you have about 3/4" thread sticking out. Use that to hold the pulley still while you crank on it with a breaker bar and proper socket (I can't remember what size). That worked for my 93 and it was the first time job was done. Just make absolutely sure that you tighten it back down properly. Mine wasn't and it cost me the engine.

Thanks. That is about the same thing that I made. Although i used the wrong timing marks when putting belt back on and took out all six intake valves on front bank. Learned from that mistake. But its all good. And got my toy back on the road again now.
