Ok several things to check. Check all battery connection especially the negative cable to the frame and the body. All must be clean and tight. If that don't help check the sylnoid wire on the starter. It's the small one. Sometimes the female connection gets loose. Clean male part of connection and replace or slightly pinch together the female part to make a tight fit. If that don't help check neutral safety switch on clutch pedal. It could be slightly out of adjustment or going bad. Adjust it or replace it. Lastly on the back of the ignition switch there is two small screws that holds the wire harness tight to switch. They tend to get loose with age. Tighten screws. These are the most common issues I have seen with the 91-93 models. I listed them in the order of most likely to be your problem. Hope this helps.
Ok I took for granted it was not turning over at all. If that not the case and it is turning over but just not starting let me know and I will try to help with that issue to.
Ok this is what it's doing i disconnect the negative battery terminal let it set put it back on the car will start several times until I shut it off and let out on the clutch then won't start until I take the terminal off again and restart the process
Sorry ment to say negative cable connections to frame and motor.
Try wiggling your key as you turn it. That's what I have to do to mine because I to lazy/busy to replace the switch.
