vr4 sitting for long time

I'm looking to buy a 91 3000gt vr4 twin turbo .....
supposably transmission, engine, and turbos were
rebuilt about 200 miles ago but has been sitting for
about 6 years since said rebuild. .. and needs the
CAS replaced....what do I need to check for when
buying this car and what would I need to do before
trying to start this thing?

Receipts - otherwise talk is cheap .... Have the seller get it started 1st or only give him what you think you could get for it after owning it for 6 months or 6 years of not getting it anywhere or ... Find another one ... Best Advise

Look at receipts and plan on doing a full fuel system cleaning including the fuel tank. Full rebuild and only 200 miles on it? Something is fishy here. I wouldn't touch it with a 20 foot pole.
