Might be trapped air in the system interfering with flow. Try and gauge what kind of coolant flow you have, and whether both top and bottom hoses feel pressurized, same with heater hoses. Since you changed everything, it may take a few attempts to bleed all the air out. May even want to park facing uphill, or put vehicle on ramps, to get the radiator elevated above rest of system when burping it.
I've put a new thermostat, new head gaskets , new rods, new water pump, new radiator, new hoses,new housing and my car is still overheating why?
