1997, 4.6 mustang GT running rough. replaced all plugs, both coil packs,
cleaned MAF sensor, cleaned throttle body. Checked for vacuum leaks and
found no cracked or unattached hoses

If your talking about rough idle, the basics, check for a leak of some kind, fuel--egr--vacuum leak. Some ford maf sensors, if you suspect issue, unplug the maf sensor, take it for a spin, if it does better have to check maf system. Any applicable trouble codes?
