Tires on vehicle are 265/70/16, was wondering if a 265/75/16 will fit stock
rims
and suspension.

the 75's are approx an inch taller. Just outside the acceptable range of plus or minus 3% at 3.3% If you really want to, you would need to install them on the front and check if you have rubbing on full lock.

Since this is a 4x4 you probably have the clearance.

They will fit. That's what I installed on my '07 KC and '18 CC. Your truck will look a lot better with 265/75/16.
