1997 mustang v6

Got new battery and alternator check fuses and grounds I'm getting no where I
can start the car but battery want stay charged can someone please help

Take it to auto zone etc. Ask them to check (load test) battery,than check alternator. Start ther

Autozone tested the alternator it passed it's where I went to first before I got on here I did had the internment Cluster out then I put it back in and that's when my battery gage started not to read right

Try entering 'test for parasitic draw on car battery' on youtube...see if that helps
