Car won't start

Car was running before I changed the spark plugs and wires, this was done correctly. But now it won't start I did put water on engine to clean it. what could be the problem...

Has it dryed out? If so pull two or three of the plug wires and see if tou flooded the connection with water.

did u check and make sure that the spacing is correct on the plugs???if you steam cleaned it you're better off replacing the whole wiring harness for everything cause the steam can short out the one little spot and you'd be fucked unless you replace all the wires...and in if you just washed down the engine i'd make sure that ALL the plugs were in all the way and in place...other wise you'd be better off getting new wire and or plugs...
